Rahim Banda was born on November 25, 2000, in Accra, to Mr. Ahmed Banda and his wife. His father, a prominent filmmaker in the Ghanaian movie industry, introduced him to the world of acting. Banda’s mother hails from Thailand, and he has an elder sister named Aisha Banda. Raised in Accra, Rahim Banda took his first steps into the acting world at the age of nine when he landed a role in the film “Millions”. His natural talent for acting and his versatile performances quickly elevated his status, making him a household name in Ghana.
Education
Rahim Banda completed his primary and secondary education in Accra, graduating from the Ghana National College in 2018. During his senior year, he held the prestigious position of Senior Prefect. Currently, he is pursuing higher education at the University of Ghana.
Career
- While still in high school, Rahim Banda was appointed as a Free SHS ambassador. In this role, he represented schools across Ghana, with the Ghana Education Trust Fund even providing him with an official car for his ambassadorial duties.
